 Saturday Event 

Package  

$3,000


Pricing to use our Outside Tent Venue is $3000 for a Saturday event up to 175 guests.


When an event is booked for a Saturday date the venue will be available the Friday before with set hours from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm or 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm to decorate the venue and conduct a rehearsal/rehearsal dinner.

Venue hours on Saturday are 10:00 am to 12:00 am.


Max accommodations for Outside Tent Venue is 150 guests. Arrangements can be made to seat 180 guests for an extra charge.


12-60 " round tables that seat 8 guests will be provided with white garden chairs & white tablecloths. Also available will be 10 long tables with white tablecloths.


Rustic long tables are provided under tent and can seat 40 guests.


We are an Open/Vendor/Caterer venue. The privilege of securing caterers and vendor of  your choice.  BYOB.


List of recommended Vendors available upon request.


Basic cutlery and crystal Chinet plates are provided.


Whiskey barrels and Whiskey barrel tables are provided for use anywhere in the venue.


Our large 1500 Sq Ft beautiful tent is complete with festive lighting and chandeliers for receptions and is connected to our amazing, fun, rustic 600 Sq Ft dance floor.


Large white cake table with illuminating changing colors.


Unique, beautiful, shabby chic 800 Sq Ft Bridal Suite with a glass room for the brides that overlooks the altar and ceremony area.


Spacious 1200 Sq Ft Fun Grooms Cottage is provided which also has 2 bedrooms and loft. We do offer one of the bedrooms as a Honeymoon Suite for and overnight stay for an additional $150 complete with a country breakfast served the next morning. 


Our 1200 Sq Ft A/C, Heated Beautiful Country Castle meeting room is included with a small kitchen area complete with full size refrigerator, microwave, sink and bar area. This room can be used to seat 100 guests in case of inclement weather. 


Complementary Set up and break down of all tables and chairs.


Our Security Guard/EMT/Paramedic must be hired for an extra $200 if alcohol is served. 


Beautiful swimming pool with fountain (not available for use-serves as decoration only.)


We do include your choice of our decorative mason jars, round wood pieces and burlap table runners at no charge.


For an extra charge of $100 we can provide rustic lanterns, champagne colored sequin tablecloths and table runners. Also metal tin containers and pearls for a unique upscale look for tables in the tent reception area. 


No fee for set up and break down of tables and chairs.

***The Venue requires clients to Clean up and Remove all Personal Items from Venue.


To Reserve your Event we require a $500 non-refundable retainer fee/deposit with  signed contract.  The $500 goes towards your balance. Balance will be due 3 weeks before your event date.  


We also have a monthly payment plan with 20% down and the monthly payment will be determined by how many months until your event date. 


We also charge a refundable $400 damage deposit due 3 weeks before your event date. Your damage deposit will be returned back in a timely manner after inspection of the venue.

Sunday thru Thursday Event Package

$2000

Pricing for a Sunday thru Thursday event is $2000 up to 150 guests.


The hours the venue will be available is 12:00 am to 12:00 pm.

Hourly Rate for Small Events

Sunday thru Thursday

$150 an hour with 5 hour Minimum

This package is for small intimate events with 60 or less guests.  We offer the use of our beautiful, rustic venue for a rate of $150 and hour with a 5 hour minimum. Additional hours needed will be $150 per additional hours.  Time begins when first entering the Venue.  The package is for a Sunday thru Thursday event.

Depending on the event the Groom's Cottage and Bridal Suite will not be available for all events. 


This package is great for small Intimate Weddings, Birthday parties, Anniversaries, Graduations, Quinceaneras, Company parties, School functions and Baby Showers.  Our Country Castle room can also be used for meetings.

The $100 retainer fee/deposit goes towards the balance of your event.  Your balance will need to be paid at the beginning of your event the day for your event. As stated above the rental time begins when first entering the gate into the Venue!
